By submitting source code to the Crypto Hawking AI Audit, you:

• Confirm you have the right to submit this code for audit (you own it or have permission).
• Understand the audit is AI-assisted and not a substitute for a manual security review. Findings may be incomplete or incorrect.
• Agree that your email may be used to deliver the report and may receive occasional follow-up from Crypto Hawking.
• Acknowledge that audit findings, source code, and metadata are stored privately in our system and not shared publicly.
• Acknowledge that the audit comes without warranty. Crypto Hawking is not liable for losses arising from use of these findings.
